I am a freelance writer and editor working primarily for the local government sector. Writing content for my Writing for Councils website has led to a real interest in blogging as a positive and creative way to share ideas and to attract my ideal clients. I look forward to helping other people to share their ideas and attract clients through the new editing services available on this website.
Online publishing (including blogs, website content and social media posts) and freelancing are two of the topics I’ll be regularly writing about here. I also love to read novels, so you can expect to see plenty of book reviews.
I have included my family stories on this website to make sure I don’t lose them and to provide a source of ideas for others who are interested in recording personal histories. (You can access these by searching on ‘family stories’ or scrolling down to the earliest posts in the online publishing category)
I live in Nelson with my husband Dean, who is a painter of abstract landscapes. I have included some of his recent paintings here.
Dean and I co-authored two novels – ‘The Driftwood Seekers’ and ‘The Water Race’.
